Deep Fryer / 8L /3500W/ Kitchen Line

The 8L deep fryer is intended for more demanding, professional users. The housing and oil tank of the fryer are made of stainless steel (18/0), and to ensure easier cleaning, the oil tank of the fryer is removable. The fryer also includes a removable basket and tank cover. The removable basket has a long and heat-insulated handle for easier maneuvering at high temperatures. The fryer has an automatic shut-off function when the basket is removed.

The temperature of the fryer is adjustable up to 190°C, and the safety thermostat will ensure that the fryer will not overheat. The oil heater is slightly raised from the bottom in the deep fryer (not quite at the bottom) so that the food residues during frying collect, below it, where the oil is cooler, which prevents excessive burning of the residues and thus the oil - the oil therefore remains usable for a longer time .
