The frying fry is designed for more demanding, professional users. The housing and oil tank of the friteza are made of stainless steel (18/0), and to ensure easier cleaning, the oil tank is removable. The fry also contains a removable basket and a tank cover. The removable basket has a long and thermally insulated handle, for easier maneuvering at high temperatures. However, the frish has an automatic shut -off function, when the basket is removed.

FRYSTEZE temperature is adjustable until 190 & deg; C, and the safety thermostat will ensure that the fryza does not overheat. The oil heater is slightly raised from the bottom (not quite at the bottom) to collect food residues underneath, where the oil is cooler, which prevents excessive survival of residues and thus the oil - so it remains useful for a long time .
