Due to its stainless steel composition and thickness of 4 mm, the pizza baking plate provides better thermal conductivity than other popular materials (stone, aluminum...).
The pizza baking sheet works in the way of absorbing, storing and transmitting heat, thus ensuring optimal and even baking - this makes it particularly suitable for baking pizza and other bakery products, as well as meat, fish and vegetables.
Usage: If you place the pizza baking sheet in a heated oven, leave the sheet in it for at least 15 minutes. Set the oven to the highest temperature. For optimal results, it is recommended to place the panel on the top shelf or as high as possible.
